Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Oviedo, FL
From townhomes to acreage, designed to fit

Christmas light installation in Oviedo covers a wide range of homes. A single-story house in Alafaya Woods and a large two-story in Live Oak Reserve are only a short drive apart, but they need very different displays. Out past the Sanctuary toward Black Hammock, the lots become acreage with long drives and gates at the road.
We plan each display around the house you have. A low, wide roofline needs the light carried out to the edges so it does not look like a single stripe. A tall elevation with several gables needs each peak traced so it does not look unfinished. A long entrance drive needs lighting between the road and the house, or the house can look dark from the street.
We are a family-owned lighting company, licensed and insured, and we have served Central Florida since 2023. We hang the lights, keep them lit and take them down after New Year’s.
What Oviedo rooflines are actually like
Oviedo has a mix of older and newer neighborhoods, and you can see it in the roofs. The older streets have more shallow hip roofs with wide overhangs, while the newer ones tend to have steeper gables and a second story. Many homes have a garage-forward layout, where the garage sits closest to the street and the front door is set back in shadow.
That layout matters more than most people expect. If we only light the eave line on a garage-forward house, the garage stands out and the entry disappears. So we add some light at the front door, and the house looks like a home instead of a lit driveway.
Alafaya Woods, Tuska Ridge and the older family streets
Alafaya Woods, Tuska Ridge, Aloma Woods and Remington Park include many of the city’s older homes. Most are single story or one and a half stories with long horizontal rooflines, and many now have large trees out front.
Some owners assume these homes are not worth lighting, but they look great with the right design. A clean run across a wide, low roof, a wrapped tree and some accent lighting at the entry will look better than a much bigger house done carelessly. These homes also tend to land at the lower end of our price range, which is worth knowing before you decide against it.

Live Oak Reserve, Twin Rivers and Stillwater
The newer side of Oviedo has more two-story homes. Live Oak Reserve, Twin Rivers, Stillwater, Kingsbridge and Carillon have the peaks, dormers and second-floor eaves that make a display look tall from a distance.
These homes also take longer to install. Every change in direction on a roofline is its own run, and a second story means more ladder work. That is the real reason these homes cost more, and it is also why booking early matters in these neighborhoods.
Black Hammock and the acreage east of town
Out toward Black Hammock and Lake Jesup, the lots are larger, the houses sit well back from the road and the oaks are older. From the road, a roofline alone does very little on a property like that.
What works is lighting in stages: something at the entrance, something along the drive and then the house. We use wrapped oaks, palm wraps where you have palms and a full roofline closer in. Chapman Lakes and the Riverside area are similar, with more land than roofline.
Townhomes and the Oviedo on the Park side
We are happy to light attached homes and townhomes near Oviedo on the Park, even though they are smaller jobs. They usually have a short roofline, one or two peaks and a shared wall that marks where your part ends. We light your section and stop at the line. These homes usually come in at our starting price, and they install quickly.
What comes with the job
We provide everything, and all you have to do is decide what you want lit.
- Commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and hardware, all supplied by us.
- Season-long maintenance. If a section goes dark or the weather damages the display, we fix it for free.
- Complete removal after New Year’s, with the lights stored in our warehouse until next season.
You never buy a strand or store a bin, and you never stand on a ladder in the dark hunting for the one bulb that took out a run.
What it costs in Oviedo
Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Larger and multi-story properties run $2,500 to $5,000, and full estate-scale displays go higher. Every quote is custom to your property and based on roofline length, the number of stories, the peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground-level accents you add.
An option that never comes down
If you like the look but not the yearly routine, consider permanent outdoor lighting. We install it once in a low-profile track under the eave, color matched to your trim so it is hard to see in daylight, and you control it from your phone. You can run warm white most of the year, red and green in December and any color you like for other holidays. Ask for a free permanent lighting quote, and we can send it alongside your Christmas quote.
Getting on the Oviedo schedule, and getting it back off
We build quotes remotely from your address, photos, measurements and satellite imagery, so there is no appointment to schedule and nobody has to be home. Send us your address and a few photos, and we will send your design and price quickly.
Once you approve it, you choose an install week. Late summer and early fall give you the best choice of dates, and the two-story neighborhoods fill first. We hang your lights, test them at dusk, keep them working all season and come back for them in January.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Oviedo, FL
Yes, and homes like yours often give you the best look for the money. A wide, low roofline gives us a long, clean run, and a wrapped tree or some accent lighting at the front door adds height so it does not look like one stripe. Homes like these usually land at the lower end of our range, which is a good reason to get a price before you decide against it.
Yes, and we design it differently than we would in a subdivision. On acreage, the roofline alone will not carry to the road, so we light in stages: the entrance, then along the drive, then the house itself. Wrapped oaks and palms do most of the work across the distance. Send photos from the road as well as from the house so we can see the approach.
Yes. Attached homes and townhomes are quick installs, and we are glad to do them. We light your section and stop at the shared wall, which usually means the front roofline, any peak you have and the entry. Jobs like this normally come in at our $799 starting price, and they often go up early in the season because they are fast.
Many two-story homes with several peaks land between $1,500 and $2,500, and larger ones run $2,500 to $5,000. The price depends less on square footage than on how many separate roofline runs the house has and how much of it is above the first floor. Send us front and side photos, and we will give you an exact price instead of a range.
Ours. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and all hardware, and it stays our equipment. That is why maintenance is free all season and why we take everything away in January to store in our warehouse. You are not buying a product you have to keep working and find room for eleven months of the year.
Call us and we will come fix it at no charge. Season-long maintenance comes with every install, so if a section goes dark, wind knocks a strand loose or a storm causes damage, we make it right. We can promise that because we installed it, we own the lights and our crews are local to Central Florida.
We assign install weeks in the order quotes are approved, so late summer and early fall give you the most choice. The larger two-story neighborhoods take more crew time and tend to fill the early dates first. You can still reach out in December, but fewer dates will be open by then. Sending us photos costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.
