Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Clermont, FL
Designed for hillside and lakefront homes.

Clermont has real hills, which is rare in Florida. Streets climb and drop, driveways run at a grade, and houses sit above and below one another instead of in a flat row. That changes how we plan a Christmas display more than most people expect.
If your home sits on the high side of the street, people see it from below, so the roofline and the front peak carry the display. If it sits on the low side, people look down into the yard, so the trees and the porch matter as much as the eaves. Near Lake Minneola, homes are also seen from across the water, where only the larger shapes hold up at a distance.
We are a family owned Central Florida company, licensed and insured. We bring the lights, hang them, keep them lit through the season, and take them down in January.
Up the hill, down the hill, and where your lights get seen from
The first thing we look at in Clermont is where your house sits on the slope. The roof comes second.
On the high side of a street, the roofline and the front peak do most of the work, because anything at ground level hides behind the rise of the lawn. On the low side, the yard, trees, porch and driveway are all in view at once, and a roofline by itself can look thin, so we usually add light closer to the ground.
Steep driveways also change the work. Setting a ladder on a grade is harder and less safe than setting one on a flat driveway, and it is a big reason homeowners here stop doing it themselves. Our crews are local, licensed and insured, and we plan for the slope before we arrive.
Kings Ridge, Summit Greens and the 55+ streets
Clermont has several 55 and over communities, including Kings Ridge and Summit Greens. Most of the homes there are single story, with consistent rooflines and shorter runs.
These homes make good displays. On a uniform street, one well hung roofline stands out right away, and because the runs are shorter, these jobs often fall at the lower end of our price range.
For many homeowners in these communities, the biggest benefit is simple. Nobody in the household climbs a ladder, opens a storage bin or lifts anything in January. We put the lights up, keep them working all season, and take everything away after the holidays.

Lake Minneola, the waterfront and the long view
If your home is near Lake Minneola, your display is also seen from across the water and from the roads along it, sometimes from a long way off.
At that distance, small details disappear and only the larger shapes hold up. A clean roofline, a lit peak and a couple of wrapped palms read well, while small accents get lost. On waterfront homes we keep the design simple and put the light where it can be seen from across the lake.
If the back of your home faces the lake, mention it when you ask for a quote and include a photo of that side. We design and price a rear display separately, so you can decide whether to add it.
Hartwood Reserve, Highland Ranch, Montverde and Bella Collina
West and south of town, the properties are larger and the grades are steeper. In Highland Ranch, Hartwood Reserve, Serenoa Lakes, Palisades and Johns Lake Landing, many homes are two stories, with long rooflines and several peaks to light.
Toward Montverde and Bella Collina, many properties are estate scale, with long frontages, tall entries, gated drives and mature landscaping. On those homes, owners usually want garland and wreaths at the entry, wrapped trees, and a roofline lit across the full width of the house.
We quote each of these homes individually, because a standard package rarely fits. The price comes down to how much roofline we light, how many stories and peaks the house has, and what else you want lit.
Everything we bring, everything we take away
Every install includes all of the following, so you never buy, store or repair a light yourself.
- Commercial grade LED strands, cut to your roofline and your trees
- Timers, clips and all the hardware
- Season long maintenance. If a section goes dark or weather damages the display, we repair it at no charge
- Complete removal after New Year’s
- Storage in our warehouse until next season
Storage matters more than most people expect. You do not keep a box of tangled lights in the garage, and you do not spend a January afternoon pulling clips off the roof.
Cost, scheduling and how to start
Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. A bigger or two story property runs $2,500 to $5,000, and a full estate scale display goes higher still. Every quote is custom, because the price follows roofline length, stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground accents.
We quote remotely. Send your address, a few photos of the house and a short note about what you want lit, and we build your price from the photos, any measurements you have and satellite imagery. You get your quote quickly, and there is no appointment to schedule.
We install from late October into mid December. If you book in September or October, you will have the most dates to choose from. If it is already December, call us anyway and we will tell you what is still open.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Clermont, FL
It does, and it is the first thing we look at. A house viewed from below leans on the roofline and the front peak, because anything at ground level hides behind the rise. A house looked down into needs the yard, the trees and the porch working alongside the eaves. Send one photo taken from the street and one from the top of the driveway, and we can plan the display from there.
Yes, that is exactly who this service is for. Homes in Kings Ridge and Summit Greens are mostly single story with shorter runs, and nobody in your household touches a ladder, a bin or a clip. We arrive with the lights, hang them, keep them lit through the season, then remove everything after New Year’s and store it in our warehouse until next year.
Many lakefront owners do, because the back of the house is the side people see from across the water. From that distance only the big shapes survive, so a rear display works best kept simple: the roofline, one peak, maybe a couple of wrapped palms. Mention it when you send photos and include a shot of the back elevation so we can price both sides together.
Yes. Sloped lots are common in Clermont, and working safely on a grade is part of how we plan every install. Our crews are local, licensed and insured, and they pick footing and access points based on how the lot actually sits rather than how it looks on a map. If any part of a roof cannot be reached safely, we will tell you that before you book rather than on install day.
No, you do not need to buy anything. The commercial grade LED lights, the timers, the clips and the hardware are all ours, and they go home with us in January. We install, we maintain through the season at no extra cost, we take everything down after New Year’s, and we store it in our warehouse until next year. Nothing is left in your garage for you to store.
Christmas lighting starts at $799, and the price goes up with the size of the house. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Past that, larger and multi story properties run $2,500 to $5,000, and full estate scale displays climb higher. Roofline length, number of stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground accents set your number.
Book in September or October if you want your pick of dates. Installs run from late October into mid December, and the weeks either side of Thanksgiving book out first. You can still book in December, but you will have fewer dates to choose from. The quote comes back quickly regardless, so there is no cost to asking early and deciding later.
