Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in ChampionsGate, FL

Lighting gated, two-story homes with tile roofs

Commercial Christmas light installation in Kissimmee FL by Light The Peak

Most of the homes we see for Christmas light installation in ChampionsGate are newer builds with a lot in common: two stories, stucco, tile or architectural shingle roofs, a tall entry peak and a front elevation with plenty of angles. They are great homes to light. They are also homes where putting up lights yourself from an extension ladder is a real safety risk.

Add gated entries, golf course frontage and the county lines that meet near Four Corners, and it makes sense to have a professional crew handle it.

At Light The Peak, we are a family-owned lighting company, licensed and insured, and we have worked with homeowners, communities and businesses across Central Florida since 2023. We supply the lights and hardware, keep your display lit all season and take it down in January.

Two stories, tile and a gate code

A two-story front elevation shapes a display more than anything else here. There is more roofline, there are more peaks, and the second-story line is what people see from the end of the street. If only the lower eave is lit on a home like that, the house can look half finished.

Tile roofs need the right clips, and we never drive anything into the roof itself. We bring clips for tile and the right hardware for stucco columns and entry surrounds as well.

The golf course communities

Homes along the golf courses in ChampionsGate have long, open sightlines, and we design for that. Your display can often be seen from much farther away than it would be in a tight subdivision, so an even, unbroken roofline matters more than adding extra pieces.

It also means any gap stands out. A dark stretch over the garage or a sagging run above the entry is easy to see from across the course, which is why we pay as much attention to spacing and fastening as we do to the design.

Stoneybrook South, Providence and the Loughman side

The area goes by several names, and we serve all of it: The Retreat at ChampionsGate, Stoneybrook South, Bella Trae, the Vistas, Providence, Storey Lake, Reunion, Solterra and Windsor at Westside, plus the older Loughman streets. If you live in any of them, you are in our service area.

The homes are not all the same size, either. Some neighborhoods are built closer together with smaller homes, while others have large single-family homes, so our designs and prices scale to the house you have.

Four counties, one service area

ChampionsGate sits near Four Corners, where Polk, Osceola, Orange and Lake counties meet, so homes a short drive apart can be in different counties. That makes no difference to us. We cover the whole area, and the county you live in does not change your quote.

What you do not have to buy

You do not have to buy anything. We supply the commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and mounting hardware, and all of it is included in the job. You have nothing to order in October, nothing to test on the driveway and nothing taking up space in the garage the rest of the year. The display runs on a timer, so it comes on every evening without anyone thinking about it.

What it costs

Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Multi-story and larger properties usually fall between $2,500 and $5,000, and estate-scale displays go above that. Every quote is custom and based on roofline length, the number of stories, the peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground-level accents.

Two-story homes here often land in that second range, simply because there is more roofline to light.

From photos to a fast quote

Send us your address and a few photos of the front of the house. We build your quote remotely from those, any measurements you have and satellite imagery, and we get it back to you quickly. You do not have to schedule a visit or wait at home, and nobody needs to come through the gate just to give you a price.

When you book, tell us how the gate works in your community and whether there is a visitor process. That one detail keeps install day on schedule.

Clubhouses, entrances and the businesses around them

We light commercial property too, including restaurants, offices, retail along the main roads, community monument signs and clubhouse entrances. It works the same way as residential. We supply everything, keep it lit all season and remove it in January. If you serve on a board or run a business here and want a price, we will quote it remotely the same way.

Take-down, storage and next December

Season-long maintenance comes with every display. If a run goes dark or the weather knocks something loose, we come back and fix it for free. After New Year’s, we take the whole display down and store the lights in our warehouse until next season.

If you would rather have lighting on your home all year, we also install permanent outdoor lighting. Mention it when you reach out, and we can send a free quote for that alongside your Christmas quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in ChampionsGate, FL

When you book, tell us how your gate works, and we will follow your community’s visitor process, whether that is a call-in, a guest list or a code. Because we build your quote remotely, the gate only matters on install day. If a guardhouse needs advance notice, let us know and we will send the details ahead of time.

Yes. Tile roofs are common here, and we use clips made for tile and for the eave and fascia edges, so nothing is drilled, nailed or driven into the roof surface. We follow the same approach on stucco columns and entry surrounds. If there is a section we would rather not fasten to, we will tell you before we start and design the display around it.

Yes, we do. ChampionsGate sits near the point where Polk, Osceola, Orange and Lake counties meet, and we serve the whole area, including Loughman, Providence, Solterra, Windsor at Westside and the neighborhoods along the main roads. The county your address falls in has no effect on your quote. The property itself sets the price.

It does affect the quote, but it is also the part that makes the display. Height and peaks are two of the things that set the price, along with total roofline length, the number of stories and any trees or ground-level accents. A tall entry peak traced well is often the best value on a ChampionsGate home, because it is the first thing people see from the street.

Yes. Along with homes, we light community monument signs, clubhouse entrances, offices, restaurants and retail. We quote commercial jobs the same way, remotely from photos, measurements and satellite imagery, and they come with the same terms: our lights and hardware, free repairs through the season, removal after New Year’s and storage with us.

Plan on at least $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Larger or multi-story properties run $2,500 to $5,000, and estate-scale displays go higher. Because so many homes here are two stories, the second range is common. Roofline length, peaks, dormers and extras set your final price.

We come back and take everything down, and the lights go into our warehouse until next season. Takedown and storage are part of the job, not an add-on you have to arrange later. You do not need to be home or bag anything up, and none of our equipment ends up in your garage waiting for next Christmas.
