Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in St. Cloud, FL
Lighting for lakefront, downtown and newer homes.

Lakeshore Boulevard runs along East Lake Tohopekaliga, and many homes there face the water. That changes a Christmas display more than people expect, because the side you want lit is not always the side facing the street. Nearby, the older downtown blocks have porches, low front rooflines and shade. East of town, Sunbridge and the Narcoossee corridor are filling with new two-story homes with plenty of peaks.
In many ways, St. Cloud is two different places to light, and we plan for both.
We are a family-owned company, licensed and insured, serving Central Florida homeowners, communities and businesses since 2023. We bring the lights, the timers, the clips and the ladders, so you can enjoy your December.
Lakeshore Boulevard and the old downtown blocks
Lakefront homes have two fronts, in a sense. There is the street elevation your neighbors see and the lake elevation you and your family actually live in front of. We can light both, and often the better answer is a full roofline on the street side with something quieter on the water side, rear eave line or a wrapped palm, so the view out the back is warm instead of washed out.
Closer to downtown, the houses sit lower and have more character, with porch roofs, columns, railings and a shorter run of eave. Those homes look their best when the display follows the architecture instead of fighting it: one clean roof line, the porch picked out, and enough restraint that the house still looks like itself.
Harmony, Hanover Lakes and the canal-side homes
In Hanover Lakes, the homes are newer and the front rooflines are straightforward. That means most of our conversation is about how much you want lit beyond the roof, such as palms, the entry or the back of the house.
Harmony sits farther east, with long, quiet streets and less outdoor light around the homes. Because of that, a modest roofline display stands out more there than it would in a dense subdivision.

The new side of town, out toward Sunbridge and Narcoossee
Weslyn Park, Del Webb Sunbridge, Twin Lakes, Anthem Park, Stevens Plantation and the newer streets along the Narcoossee corridor are where much of St. Cloud’s new construction is going up. These homes give us height and geometry: second stories, gables, dormers, entry peaks. Lighting all of it is what makes a house stand out on the street. If we stop at the lower eave, the top half of the front elevation disappears after dark.
In the 55+ communities, homeowners usually want something simpler. That means a warm, even line across the front, maybe a wreath at the door, and no ladder for anyone in the household. It comes on every night by timer without anyone having to think about it.
Our lights, our ladders, our hardware
Commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and mounting hardware all come with the job. You have nothing to buy in October, nothing to test in the driveway and nothing to store afterward. We show up with the whole display and the equipment to put it up safely, which is the part most people would rather not do on a Saturday.
Once it is up, keeping it lit is our job. If a section goes dark or a storm pulls something loose, we come back and fix it at no charge, all season. You do not need to be home for a repair, and you do not need to call twice. After New Year’s we take the display down and the lights go back to our warehouse until next year, so nothing is left at your house in the off season.
Quotes come from photos, not a driveway visit
Send a few photos and your address. We build the quote remotely using those, measurements and satellite imagery, and turn it around fast. You do not have to be home, and you do not have to spend an evening walking a salesperson around your yard.
For lakefront homes, one extra photo helps a lot: the back of the house from the yard or dock. It is the elevation satellite imagery struggles with most.
St. Cloud pricing, plainly
Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Beyond that, $2,500 to $5,000 covers larger and multi-story properties, and full estate-scale displays sit above that range. Every quote is custom to the property, driven by roofline length, number of stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground-level accents.
When to get on the St. Cloud schedule
Ask in early fall if you want the house lit before Thanksgiving. Getting a quote is quick, but install days are not unlimited and the early ones go first. Tell us if a date matters to you, such as a party or family coming in, and we will do our best to work around it.
Once you are booked, your part is done. We install the display, the lights come on that evening, and you spend December with your family instead of on a ladder.
If you would rather stop doing this every year, ask about permanent outdoor lighting. It is installed once and stays up all year, and we can send you a free quote for it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in St. Cloud, FL
Yes, and it is worth talking through. Most lakefront homes here get a full roofline on the street elevation plus something softer facing the water, a rear eave line or a wrapped palm, so the view from your porch stays warm rather than glaring. Send us a photo of the back of the house along with the front and we will price both sides.
No. We use clips designed for eaves, gutters and roof edges, and we do not staple or nail into the fascia. Older St. Cloud homes usually have shorter, lower front rooflines with porch detail, which we can work with directly. If there is a section we would rather not fasten to, we will say so and design around it.
We do. Harmony, Weslyn Park, Sunbridge and the newer streets along Narcoossee Road are all inside our service area, along with Hanover Lakes and Twin Lakes. Because quotes are built from photos and satellite imagery rather than a drive out, distance does not slow down getting you a number. It is still worth booking early to get the install date you want.
Yes, gladly. In Del Webb Sunbridge and Twin Lakes, many homeowners choose one clean warm line across the front, a lit entry and a wreath. It looks finished, it comes on by itself every evening, and nobody in the house goes near a ladder. Pricing starts at $799, and a simpler front elevation usually sits at the lower end of the range.
Everything, from the lights to the clips that hold them up. Commercial-grade LEDs, timers, clips and hardware are all ours and all part of the job, along with installation, free repairs any time something goes dark during the season, take-down after New Year’s, and storage of the lights in our warehouse until next season. You supply the house.
Displays start at $799, and most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Bigger or multi-story properties run $2,500 to $5,000, with estate-scale displays above that. What moves your number is roofline length, stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, garland or ground accents.
We keep taking them as long as we have install days left, but the schedule tightens through the fall and the best dates go early. If you are reading this in September or October you are in good shape. If it is already December, still reach out and we will tell you straight what is possible.
