Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Celebration, FL

A display designed to suit your street.

Christmas light installation in Celebration FL featuring warm white roofline and palm tree lighting

Celebration is a planned community, and you can see it in the details. Front porches, consistent setbacks, picket fences and garages set toward the back give the streets a cohesive look. That makes the neighborhood a pleasure to live in, and it also means your Christmas lights need to fit in with the homes around you.

A display that would look great on an open half-acre can feel loud here. Lots sit close together and the front elevations already have plenty of detail. What works best is a restrained design, with one clean roofline, the porch outlined and the whole display in proportion with the house next door.

Hanging lights yourself costs you a Saturday and a climb you should not have to make. We are Light The Peak, a family-owned company in Central Florida, and our Christmas light installation in Celebration covers everything. We hang the lights, keep them lit all season and take them down after New Year’s.

Designing for a street with a consistent look

Celebration was built around design guidelines, and many homeowners here want lighting that follows the same approach. We see that as an advantage, because the architecture shows us what to do.

Our approach is to follow the lines the builder already drew. We trace the eave and the gable rather than laying a new shape over the top. Warm white does most of the work, and we use color where the house suits it rather than everywhere it can go.

If your association requires approval before a display goes up, that decision is theirs. We will give you a clear design and description you can submit with confidence.

Lighting porches, balconies and fences

Many homes here have deep front porches, and they give us a lot to work with. Columns look great wrapped in light, rails are a natural place for garland, and a wreath on a door under a covered porch shows clearly from the sidewalk without a single strand on the roof.

The second-floor balconies and the dormers on the taller elevations are where we add the height. Lighting both levels gives the display a top and a bottom, which makes a home on a narrow lot look finished.

A picket fence along the front of the lot gives us a low horizontal line to work with, and a little light along it ties the whole property together at eye level. It is a small addition that makes a noticeable difference at night.

Quoting your home from photos

You send us your address and a few photos. We measure from those and from satellite imagery, lay out the design and send your price quickly. There is no appointment to schedule, and no one needs to come to your house.

For these houses, front-on photos plus one from each corner of the lot is usually all we need. If your porch detail is hard to see in a picture, one close-up of the columns and rails is enough. With the garage usually at the back, the alley side rarely factors into the design, which keeps measuring simple and the turnaround fast.

Around Town Center and out to Artisan Park

The homes near Town Center sit tightest together, so designs stay compact and detail-driven. North Village and East Village, including the homes around Roseville Corner, run a wider mix of sizes, and the taller elevations there can handle a full two-level display. South Village and the estate-scale homes on the bigger lots give us more roofline to work with. Artisan Park and the streets along Celebration Avenue include a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and condos, so what we quote there depends on which one you live in. Homes near Spring Lake sometimes want the water-facing side lit as well as the street.

What is included, all season long

We supply everything, including commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and hardware. You buy none of it and you store none of it.

Through the season, if a run goes dark or weather damages part of the display, we come back and fix it at no charge. That is what our season-long maintenance covers. After New Year’s we take the entire display down, and the lights go back to our warehouse until next season, so nothing takes up space in your garage.

What Celebration homeowners pay

Christmas lighting starts at 9, and most homes land between About,500 and and another,000 for the full season. Larger or multi-story properties fall between $2,500 and $5,000, and estate-scale displays go above that. Every quote is built for your property, based on roofline length, number of stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground-level accents.

Booking and permanent lighting

If you send your photos in early fall, you get your choice of install weeks. The season is short, and dates fill quickly as Thanksgiving gets closer.

We also install permanent outdoor lighting. It mounts in a low-profile track under the eave, is color matched to your trim so it blends in during the day, and switches from warm white on a normal evening to full color at Christmas. If you would like to compare, we can send your Christmas quote and a free permanent lighting quote together.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Celebration, FL

That decision belongs to your association, so we recommend checking with them before install day. We do not interpret architectural rules on anyone’s behalf. What we will do is send you the design and a clear description of what goes where, so if an approval is required you have something concrete to submit rather than a verbal description.

Not if it is designed for the lot. On a tight frontage we keep one continuous roofline, outline the porch and leave it there. Adding more elements on a small elevation is what makes a house look busy. The restraint is deliberate, and it’s usually the version people are happiest with when they pull up at night.

Yes. Porch-only displays are a real option here, and on the smaller homes they can be the smarter buy. Wrapped columns, garland on the rails and a lit wreath give you a warm, finished front without touching the roofline at all. We’ll price it that way if you ask, or price both so you can compare.

Yes, and it’s a good idea on streets where the houses are similar. Each home is still quoted individually on its own roofline, stories and detail, but if you’re coordinating we can keep the color temperature and the design language consistent so the block reads as one thing rather than five different ideas.

Your price includes the lights, timers, clips, hardware, installation, maintenance and takedown. We supply commercial-grade LEDs, keep them working all season at no extra charge, remove everything after New Year’s and store it in our warehouse. There’s nothing for you to buy, fix or put away.

Displays start at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Larger or multi-story homes run $2,500 to $5,000, with estate-scale displays above that. Roofline length, stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths or garland are what move your number.

We recommend booking in early fall, because install weeks start filling then, and the ones close to Thanksgiving go first. If you send photos now, you get a real choice of dates. If you book late, we will still fit you in where we can, but you will have fewer dates to choose from.
