Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Ocoee, FL
Ranch or two-story, we plan it before we climb

Christmas light installation in Ocoee usually means one of two kinds of house. Around Starke Lake and the older neighborhoods, you will find single-story homes with long, low rooflines under large oaks. Toward the north side of the city, the homes are newer and taller, with steeper roof pitches and much less shade.
Those two kinds of homes need different plans. A ranch eave sits about ten or twelve feet up, so every clip is at eye level from the driveway and the run has to be measured and tight. A two-story elevation is much taller and needs the line carried up over the second-story peaks. We build the plan around your house.
We are a family-owned company, licensed and insured, and we have been hanging Christmas lights for homeowners, communities and businesses across Central Florida since 2023.
Two kinds of Ocoee house, two kinds of plan
Ocoee has a mix of older and newer neighborhoods. Forest Lake Estates, Coventry, Silver Glen and the streets near downtown have many single-story homes with long rooflines and mature trees out front. Westyn Bay, Wesmere, Arden Park and Brookestone are newer and taller, with steeper roofs and much more front elevation to work with.
We do not use one template for both. On the older homes, the design focuses on precision and ground-level detail. On the newer homes, it focuses on height and shape. The crew and the lights are the same, but the plan is different.
Low rooflines are less forgiving than tall ones
Many people assume a one-story house is the easy job, but it is actually the harder one to get right. When the eave is at eye level from the driveway, uneven spacing that nobody would notice on a second-story gable is easy to see.
So we cut strands to the exact length of each run, clip them evenly and keep the line tight to the fascia. We never use staples or nails, so nothing leaves a mark when the lights come down in January. From the curb, you see one clean, unbroken line of light, and that makes a modest house look finished and well cared for.

The oaks and palms are part of the display
On an older Ocoee street, the trees have to be part of the plan. Large oaks can shade half the front of a house, and a roofline on its own may end up hidden behind the canopy. That is where wrapped trunks, lit palms and ground-level accents do most of the work.
Wrapping a trunk properly takes time, and it is the part many homeowners give up on halfway through. We wrap from top to bottom with commercial-grade strands that stay neat through New Year’s. On a shaded lot, a wrapped oak and a lit palm can be seen much farther down the street than another twenty feet of roofline.
Westyn Bay, Arden Park and the gated streets
The newer neighborhoods in north Ocoee need a different approach. Westyn Bay has many two-story homes, and houses closer to Lake Apopka can see more wind. Arden Park, McCormick Woods, Reflections and Meadow Ridge have tall front gables and enough peak detail to build a full display around.
On these homes, we usually light the main roofline, trace the front peaks and add wreaths or garland at the entry. Anything above the first story is handled from our ladders, not yours.
Downtown, Starke Lake and storefronts
We light businesses as well as homes. A shop near downtown Ocoee or an office on the Starke Lake side gets the same service: commercial-grade LED lights, custom cut, on a timer, maintained all season and removed in January.
Community entrances and clubhouses work the same way. Send us photos of the sign and the front elevation, and we will build a plan around them.
What you get for the season
We provide everything. You do not buy a strand, and you do not store anything.
- Commercial-grade LED lights cut to fit your roofline, trees and accents
- Timers, clips and hardware included
- Free repairs all season, so a dark section or storm damage is fixed at no cost to you
- Complete removal after New Year’s
- Storage in our warehouse until next season
That last item makes a real difference, because you will not need another bin in the garage.
The price conversation, kept simple
Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Multi-story or larger properties usually run $2,500 to $5,000, and full estate-scale displays go above that. Your price depends on roofline length, the number of stories, the number of peaks and dormers, and whether trees, wreaths, garland or ground accents are part of the plan.
Photos in, quote back, then an install date
You do not have to wait for a sales visit. Send us your address, a few photos of the front of the house and a note about what you have in mind. We build your quote from those photos, any measurements you have and satellite imagery, and we send it back quickly.
Once you approve it, we give you an install date. Our schedule gets tighter as Thanksgiving gets closer, so reach out early if you want a particular week. If it is later in the season, contact us anyway, and we will tell you plainly which dates are still open.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Ocoee, FL
Yes, and a low house can look better than a tall one when the work is neat. A ranch roofline is one long horizontal line, and a clean run of warm white along it looks finished the moment you pull into the driveway. Because the eave sits close to eye level, we cut strands to exact lengths and keep the spacing even, since any sloppy work would be easy to see.
No, it just changes the design. When a canopy shades the front of the house, we put more of the display into the trees and the ground instead of adding lights to a roofline nobody can see from the street. Wrapped trunks, lit palms and stakes along the walkway can be seen much farther away than hidden eaves. Tell us which trees you like, and we will build around them.
They should, and if anything moves, we fix it for free. We fasten everything with clips made for the job, and we give exposed sides of the house extra attention on install day. Season-long maintenance is part of every quote, so if wind or weather pulls a section loose or knocks it dark, you call us and we come back at no charge.
Yes, we do. Storefronts, offices, clubhouses and community entrances get the same commercial-grade LED lights, custom-cut runs, a timer, maintenance through the season and full removal in January. Business displays usually work best when they are simple and consistent, so we keep the lines clean and make sure everything turns on by itself each evening without anyone on your staff having to remember.
The price includes the lights and everything that goes with them. That means commercial-grade LED strands cut to your house, timers, clips and hardware, the install itself, free repairs all season, removal after New Year’s and storage in our warehouse until next year. You do not buy, store or fix anything. The quote you approve covers the whole season, from install day through takedown.

We take bookings until our schedule is full, which usually happens sometime in December. The last few weeks before Christmas are the busiest, while September and October are the easiest months to get the date you want. If you are reading this in December, ask us anyway, because we often still have an opening.
