Google groups our reviews by the topics customers bring up. Communication comes first, followed by timeliness, how the house looks, and the lights themselves. That lines up with how we run every job: your quote is built from photos, measurements and satellite imagery so you are not waiting on an appointment, you choose how we stay in touch (plenty of customers prefer text), and your install date is set by route so the crew arrives when we said.
A few reviews mention what happens after install day. If a section of your seasonal display goes dark during the season, we fix it at no charge. After New Year’s we take everything down and store it in our warehouse until next season.

While I was a bit hesitant to make all contact online, everything turned out well. They were prompt in communicating and the lights turned out great.
My son says “this is the best day ever!” Light the Peak gave us a fast and clear quote and were here days later, our home looks stunning!! It’s our first time doing outdoor holiday decorating and they made it easy, beautiful, and it was easy to communicate…I said I preferred text communication and we had a mock up and scheduling done in 24 hrs. Amazing job and great process/communication. Our first time using professional Christmas lights installation and well worth it. There was no way we would have been able to do it ourselves expecting a baby in early January but I didn't want to miss out on the holiday fun.
