From Tuscawilla ranches to two-story stucco with golf and lake views, one track lights your roofline every night.

Tuscawilla alone is made up of many subdivisions, so a single drive through Winter Springs takes you past ranch homes, two-story stucco and newer builds within minutes. Our permanent lighting in Winter Springs is designed to fit all of them.

What these homes share is the holiday routine. Someone drags the ladder out of the garage, untangles last year’s strands and spends a Saturday on the roof. In January it all comes down, and until next Thanksgiving the house is just another dark roofline on the street.

At Light The Peak, we are family-owned and have been lighting Central Florida homes since 2023. We mount a low-profile track under your eave one time, matched to your trim, and give you the controls on your phone. You can run warm white on a weeknight, orange on Halloween and red and green in December, and the ladder can stay on its hook for good.

Many Neighborhoods, Many Kinds of Roofline

Winter Springs grew in stages. The older streets have ranch and split-level homes on larger lots under mature oaks. Later decades brought two-story homes, many in stucco with tile roofs, and the newest neighborhoods add transitional and modern farmhouse designs with crisp gables. Each style needs something different from permanent lighting.

On a ranch home, we run one long, level line that wraps the garage, which is about as simple as a design gets. On a two-story home, the design sits on the upper eave, where it can be seen from the end of the block. A farmhouse gable gets a sharp peak that stands out clearly at night. In every case, the track is color-matched to the fascia or soffit, so during the day it looks like trim.

Colors for Every Season in Winter Springs

We install the Minleon system, with individually controlled LEDs and 16 million colors that you run from a phone app or an automatic schedule. Most evenings, it comes on warm white at dusk and turns itself off at bedtime. When an occasion comes along, you can switch to red, white and blue on Independence Day, orange for Halloween, your team’s colors at kickoff, or green for a St. Patrick’s Day party in the backyard.

In December, you can run Christmas colors the whole month, and nobody in the house has to climb a ladder to make it happen. One permanent lighting system handles all of it, every night of the year.

Golf Course Frontage and Lake Jesup Views

Tuscawilla is built around a golf course, and homes along the fairways have a second audience, with golfers during the day and neighbors across the course at night. If the back of your home faces the course, permanent outdoor lighting gives that side a finished look after sunset, with nothing noticeable on the eave during a morning round.

To the north, Lake Jesup stretches along the edge of town. Homes that look out over the water or its marshy shoreline face a wide, dark horizon at night. A warm white roofline against that view looks beautiful, and when the water is calm, it shows up twice. In your free quote, we can plan the back, the front or both.

Permanent Lighting in Winter Springs, From Highlands to Stone Gable

Designs change as you cross town, because the houses do. Under big trees, a steady warm white outline shows cleanly through the branches. Where a two-car garage faces the street, a front-and-garage design frames the driveway. Where a second story rises above the neighbors, the upper eave carries most of the design and can be seen from the end of the block.

From the Highlands and Wedgewood to Seville Chase, Greenbriar, the Reserve at Tuscawilla, Parkstone and Stone Gable, we lay out the design for your own house when we build your quote and never copy it from the house next door. That is how permanent lighting ends up looking like it was always part of the architecture.

Townhomes and Shops Near Winter Springs Town Center

Permanent outdoor lighting works on attached homes and businesses too. A row of townhomes around Town Center can share one clean roofline design, and a nearby storefront can run warm white every evening and switch to holiday colors with a tap. Nobody has to book a ladder crew for November and again for January. For a shop along State Road 434, that is one less seasonal job to plan around, and a building people notice on the drive home every evening.

How Your Winter Springs Price Is Built

Permanent lighting starts at $2,500 installed, and most homes land between $3,000 and $6,000. We build your price mainly from the length of roofline we light, then account for the number of stories, the peaks and angles, the coverage you choose and the controller and power setup. We lay out the runs on your roofline and give you the exact number in your free written quote.

One Install Day and No More Ladders

You request a free quote, and we look at your roofline, lay out the runs and send your exact price in writing. Prefer to see the lights and the app first? We will come out for a free in-home demo. If your subdivision has an HOA or architectural review, permanent lighting usually counts as an exterior modification, so you will apply first. We supply the spec sheet and daytime photos for the application, and the board decides.

A 50% deposit reserves your install day, and most homes are done in one day. Before our crew leaves, the app is on your phone and tonight’s color is set. The rest is due when the house is lit. You are covered by our 5-year product warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty, and both come from us. If you want wrapped oaks and palms in December too, we hang seasonal Christmas lights as well.

Not ready to go permanent?

We will hang this year’s Christmas lights instead: our lights, installed, kept lit all season and taken down in January.

Permanent Lighting in Winter Springs: Your Questions

Yes, because the houses change. An older ranch, a two-story stucco home and a newer farmhouse-style build each have a different roofline, so each gets its own design. We plan it for your house in your free quote and give you an exact number before anything is scheduled.

Often, yes. On a fairway lot, golfers see the back of the house during the day and neighbors across the course see it at night. With the track color-matched to your trim, the back of the house looks the same during the day and finished after dark. In your free quote, we can price the rear, the front or both.

It means you check with your HOA before install day. If your community has an HOA or architectural review, permanent lighting usually counts as an exterior modification, so you apply first. We give you the spec sheet and daytime photos to include, so the board can see how the track looks like trim, and the decision is the board’s.

Yes. A townhome has an eave like any other house, and the track follows it the same way. If neighbors in the same building want the look too, a shared design keeps the roofline consistent. Any association approval comes first, and we supply the spec sheet and daytime photos for your application.

Yes. Your permanent roofline handles the house all year, including Christmas colors in December. If you also want wrapped palms, lit oaks or shrubs, we install seasonal Christmas lights on those, maintain them through the season and take them down after New Year’s. Many families like having both.

Permanent lighting starts at $2,500 installed, and most homes land between $3,000 and $6,000. The final number depends mainly on how much roofline we light, plus the stories, peaks and coverage. You get an exact price in your free quote. A 50% deposit reserves your install date, and you pay the rest once the roofline is on.

Never hang a light again.

From a Tuscawilla ranch to a new two-story, your roofline comes on by itself every evening, and the ladder stays in the garage.
