Permanent Outdoor Lighting in St. Cloud, FL

Downtown bungalows, East Lake Toho views and new Narcoossee builds all run on the same system.

★★★★★ 5.0 on Google  •  Licensed & Insured  •  Family-owned, Central Florida

St. Cloud has a downtown grid that ends at the shore of East Lake Toho and new neighborhoods still going up along the Narcoossee corridor. We install permanent lighting in St. Cloud on both, from rooflines that have stood for decades to ones that were finished last spring.

You probably know the routine it replaces. The ladder comes out in November, the lights go up, they come down in January, and the rest of the year the house is dark at night. Our permanent outdoor lighting goes under the eave once, and from then on you run it from your phone, with warm white every evening and color for the holidays.

At Light The Peak, we are a family-owned outdoor lighting company, licensed and insured, and we have served Central Florida since 2023. We would like to be the last people who ever put lights on your house.

Old Downtown Porches and Brand New Narcoossee Builds

St. Cloud has a wide range of homes for a town its size. Around Historic Downtown and on the streets off Lakeshore Boulevard, you will find older homes with painted wood fascia, front porches and rooflines that have settled over the years. In newer neighborhoods like Sunbridge, Weslyn Park, Hanover Lakes and Anthem Park, you will see plenty of two-story stucco homes with crisp soffits and gables over the garage.

Permanent lighting works on both, but we install it differently. On an older home, we color-match the track to the painted trim and follow the eave the way it actually runs. On a new build, we run one clean, continuous line along the soffit that climbs every peak. In both cases, the track is nearly invisible during the day and looks like part of the trim.

Facing East Lake Toho

If your home sits along Lakeshore Boulevard or anywhere with a view of East Lake Toho, the water reflects whatever your roofline is doing. Warm white looks calm and steady across the lake, and red, white and blue on the Fourth shows up twice.

For homes that back onto the water, we design the lake side with the same care as the street side, because that is what you see from the dock and the lanai. Both sides run from one app, and each side can have its own setting.

Single-Story Rooflines in Del Webb Sunbridge and Beyond

Del Webb Sunbridge is a 55+ community, and single-story homes like the ones there make permanent lighting simple. The track sits close to eye level, the install goes quickly, and once the system is running there is nothing for anyone to climb. For many of our customers, that is the main reason they call us.

You set it up once and let the schedule do the work, with warm white at dusk, off at bedtime, and color for the holidays and the grandkids’ birthdays. Changing it takes a tap in the app, and if you would rather never touch it, you do not have to.

It keeps the holidays easy, too. Nobody has to drive over to put the lights up for you, and nobody has to come back in January to take them down.

Acreage Off Canoe Creek and Kissimmee Park Road

Off Canoe Creek Road and Kissimmee Park Road, and around Lake Ajay Estates, many homes sit on larger lots set back from the road. These houses tend to have longer, wider rooflines, and sometimes a detached garage or workshop that we can light to match. Out there, a lit roofline can be seen from a long way off, and it comes on at dusk by itself.

A longer roofline means more track, so these homes usually cost more than a compact new build. It is still one system and one app, and most are still finished in a single install day.

Nobody needs to be home to switch it on, either. Once the schedule is set, the house is lit when you pull in from work, even in the short days of January.

How Permanent Lighting in St. Cloud Is Priced

Permanent lighting starts at $2,500 installed, and most homes land between $3,000 and $6,000. The biggest factor is the length of roofline we light. The number of stories, the peaks and angles, and the coverage you choose also affect the price. We look at your roofline, lay out the runs and send your exact number in your free quote.

We install the Minleon system, with 16 million colors from individually controlled LED lights. Every system is backed by our 5-year product warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty, and we honor both ourselves.

The Night Your Roofline Comes On

You request a free quote through the form or by phone at (863) 400-0995 and tell us the coverage you want, such as the front, the garage gables or the lake side. A photo of the front helps but is optional. We send a written quote with your exact price. Prefer to see the lights and the app on your own house first? We will come out for a free in-home demo, measure and walk you through the quote in person. Once you approve it, a 50% deposit puts your install on the schedule. The process is the same for an older downtown home or a new two-story in Sunbridge.

From Stevens Plantation to Twin Lakes and Harmony, most homes are installed in one day. Before our crew leaves, we set up the app on your phone and run the first schedule with you. The balance is due when the house is lit. If you like, we will save a few favorite scenes before we go, so the Fourth of July and Christmas are one tap away.

When December arrives, you can keep the roofline in red and green and add seasonal Christmas lighting on your oaks, palms and shrubs. We take the seasonal pieces down after New Year’s, and the roofline stays up.

We will hang this year’s Christmas lights instead: our lights, installed, kept lit all season and taken down in January.

Permanent Lighting in St. Cloud: Your Questions

Yes. We color-match the track to your painted fascia and follow the eave the way it actually runs, even if the roofline has settled a little over the years. Tell us your trim color in your quote request, or if you’d like, we can match it up close with you at a free in-home demo before anything goes on the house.

We recommend checking with your community first. If you have an HOA or architectural review, permanent lighting usually counts as an exterior modification, so you will need to apply. We provide our spec sheet and daytime photos for your application, and the decision is the board’s. You are welcome to request your free quote in the meantime.

Yes, and it is one of the best reasons to light the back of a lakefront home. The lake reflects the roofline, so a warm white or a soft color shows up twice. We design the water side as its own part of the system so it looks right from the dock.

Not at all. We install permanent lighting across St. Cloud and the surrounding Osceola County area, and your free quote works there just like anywhere else, with a free in-home demo if you want one. A longer roofline or an outbuilding is simply measured and included in your price.

Permanent lighting starts at $2,500 installed, and most homes land between $3,000 and $6,000. The price goes up mainly with the amount of roofline we light, and also with the number of stories, the peaks and angles, and the coverage you choose. You get your exact price in your free quote, so you know it before you commit.

Yes. Your permanent roofline handles red and green from your phone, and we still hang seasonal Christmas lighting on trees, palms and shrubs. Those come down after New Year’s, and the roofline goes back to warm white.

Never hang a light again.

From Lakeshore Boulevard to the newest street off Narcoossee, your St. Cloud home lights up at dusk and you never have to climb for it again.
