- Design. We look at your home and plan where the light goes, which color temperature suits the architecture, and where to stop so the display looks intentional.
- Installation. Our licensed, insured local crews bring the right ladders, clips and safety gear.
- Timers and power. We set everything to come on at dusk and turn off when you want, and we spread the load safely across your circuits.
- Season-long repairs. If a section goes dark after a storm, we come back and fix it at no charge under our Stay-Lit Guarantee.
- Takedown and storage. After New Year’s we remove everything and store it in our warehouse until next season.
When you compare prices, make sure each quote includes all six of these. Repairs, storage and the lights themselves are the items most often left out of a lower number.

These ranges come from our own jobs across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, and Lake counties. We quote every home individually, but this should get you close.
- Front roofline only: from $799. This is a single-story home with a straightforward front eave.
- Most homes, $799 to $1,500: about 56% of our jobs. That usually means the front roofline plus the garage peak and a few accents.
- Bigger displays, $1,500 to $2,500: about 27% of our jobs. These have more roofline, a second story, or wrapped trees and palms.
- Large homes and full properties, $2,500 to $5,000: multiple rooflines, long driveways and landscape lighting.

The Five Things That Drive Your Price
1. Linear feet of roofline
Roofline length is the biggest factor. A two-story home with dormers, gables and a wraparound porch simply has more edge to light than a single-story ranch. We measure in linear feet and cut the lights to fit.
2. Height and roof pitch
Steep Mediterranean tile roofs, which are common in Dr. Phillips and Celebration, take longer and call for more safety equipment than a low-slope shingle roof. A second or third story also adds time.
3. Trees, palms, and landscape
Wrapping a mature oak or a row of palms takes a lot of labor and a lot of product, so we price those wraps per property. They are also the biggest visual upgrade you can make to a Florida display.
4. Design complexity
Warm white along the roofline is the baseline. Multicolor patterns, custom wreaths and specialty pieces like lit garland add to the price.
5. Timing
If you book in September or October, you get first pick of install dates. If you wait until Thanksgiving week, you take whatever openings are left, if there are any. We cover this in more detail in our guide to when to book.
Christmas Light Installation Cost vs. Doing It Yourself
Store-bought Christmas lights look cheaper on the receipt, but the real comparison has a few more lines on it.
- Your weekends. Hanging Christmas lights on a roofline and taking them down again costs you at least a Saturday at each end of the season.
- The ladder. Second-story eaves and tile roofs are where most of the risk is. Our crews are licensed, insured and equipped for that work.
- Replacements. Consumer strands wear out quickly in Florida heat and humidity, so you end up buying new ones.
- Storage. Bins in a hot garage or attic take up space, and the heat breaks down the wiring.
- December repairs. When a section goes dark, you are the one back on the ladder that evening.

Lease vs. Buy: Why Most Central Florida Homeowners Lease
Our Christmas lighting works on a lease model. You pay for the display each season, and we own, store and replace the Christmas lights. In Florida, that model has a few specific advantages:
- Heat and humidity shorten the life of consumer Christmas lights. We use commercial LEDs, and when one fails, replacing it is our job.
- You never keep bins in a hot garage or attic where the wiring degrades.
- You can change colors or expand the design next year without buying new product.
