Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Lake Nona, FL

Clean lighting for modern two-story homes.

Most homes in Lake Nona were built in the last twenty years, and that makes them great to light. They have crisp stucco, clean fascia and sharp second-story lines. There are few old oaks in the way and very little that sags, so a straight run of warm white reads clearly from the end of the street.

The challenge is height. A two-story home with a peak over the entry is a risky place to spend a December morning on an extension ladder, and many houses around Laureate Park, Eagle Creek and Randal Park are built that way.

We are glad to do it for you. We are a family-owned company and have served Central Florida since 2023. We bring the lights and ladders, keep everything lit all season, take it down after New Year’s, and store it until next year.

The second story is the whole job

Most of what makes lighting a Lake Nona house hard is one number: how far off the ground the top edge is. Add a peak over the front entry and you’re looking at a reach that a homeowner ladder has no business attempting. That is the part homeowners most often hand off, and it is work we do all season.

It is also the part that makes the biggest difference. On a two-story home, the top line is what the street sees from several houses away. When that line is clean and even, the whole house looks finished. Without it, you mostly see a lit porch.

New construction lights up clean

Newer rooflines are a pleasure to work with. Straight fascia runs, consistent gutter profiles, tile and architectural shingle in good condition, and eave lines that actually hold a line. Clips seat properly, spacing stays even, and the finished run looks neat and straight.

The downside is that any unevenness shows. On an older house a wobble hides in the texture. On a crisp modern elevation, a strand hung two inches low is visible from the road, so we take the extra minutes to get spacing right the first time.

What it costs to light a home this size

Christmas lighting starts at 9, and most homes land between Roughly,500 and with another,000 for the full season. Larger and multi-story properties sit in the $2,500 to $5,000 range, and full estate-scale displays go above it. Every quote is custom to the property. What drives it is roofline length, number of stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground-level accents.

Laureate Park and Eagle Creek want different things

The neighborhoods here are not interchangeable and neither are the designs. Laureate Park and Summerdale Park run modern, with flatter lines, deep front porches and a lot of homes squared up tight to the sidewalk, so displays stay geometric and precise. Eagle Creek leans Mediterranean with tile and arches, which suits warm tones and a design that follows the curve of the roof rather than cutting across it.

Village Walk and NorthLake Park have more single-story frontage and respond well to a long unbroken run plus ground accents. Storey Park, Randal Park and Isles of Lake Nona skew two-story, which puts the emphasis back up top. Homes out toward Moss Park and Lake Mary Jane sit on bigger, darker lots, where a display carries a long way.

Tight lots, alleys and where the truck goes

This is a practical detail, but it matters. A lot of homes here have rear-loading garages and narrow frontage, which means we stage off the street and work the front elevation without blocking a driveway all afternoon. Install is usually a few hours, not a day. If your community gate needs a code or a vendor entry, send it with your photos and we’ll sort it before the crew leaves the shop.

We supply, repair and store it all

We supply everything, including commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and hardware. You do not buy a strand or own a single bulb.

If a section goes dark mid-season or weather damages part of the display, we come back and fix it free, right through to the end of the season. After New Year’s we take the whole thing down and the lights live in our warehouse until next year. Nothing goes in your attic.

How your quote and install date get set

Quotes here are built remotely. You send photos and an address, we measure using those plus satellite imagery, and we turn the design and price around fast. Because these houses are recent and well documented from above, the satellite measurements are usually excellent, which means fewer questions and a quicker answer for you.

What we want in the photos is straightforward: the front of the house head on, one from each corner of the lot, and a close-up of anything unusual like a covered entry, a second-floor balcony or a detached casita. A couple of minutes on your phone is enough.

Clubhouses, offices and community entrances

We light commercial and community properties too. Amenity centers, entry monuments, office frontage around the Medical City area and small business storefronts all get quoted the same way as a home, based on the linear footage, the height, the number of stories and the design. You get the same licensed and insured crews, the same season-long repairs and the same January removal.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Lake Nona, FL

No. That is a typical Lake Nona home for us. Our crews are equipped for multi-story work and it’s the part homeowners are right to hand off. Height does move the price, since taller elevations and additional peaks add both roofline length and labor, which is why most two-story homes here land in the higher ranges rather than the starting band.

It usually helps. Without a canopy breaking up the view, the roofline is the display, and a clean line on a newer house reads sharply from a long way off. On younger landscaping we’ll often add ground-level accents or wrap the palms and smaller trees to give the yard some depth under the roof.

It should. Eagle Creek’s tile roofs and arches suit warmer tones and a run that follows the roof’s curves. Laureate Park’s flatter, more modern elevations suit tight geometry and crisp edges. We design to the house in front of us, so two homes a few minutes apart can end up with very different displays.

Yes. Clubhouses, community entrances, office frontage and storefronts are all work we do, and the quoting is the same as residential: linear footage, height, stories and design. We’re licensed and insured, we supply all the lights and hardware, we maintain the display through the season, and we remove and store everything after New Year’s.

No. The quote is built from photos and satellite imagery, and the install is exterior work, so most customers are at work or out when it happens. If your community needs a gate code or vendor registration, send that along with your photos. We’ll confirm the day, do the work and message you when it’s lit.

You are paying for the full season. Commercial-grade LED lights, timers, clips and hardware, the install, free repairs any time something goes dark or storms through the season, complete removal after New Year’s, and warehouse storage until next year. Pricing starts at $799, and most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season.

It is never too early to ask. Fall bookings get first pick of install weeks, and the dates closest to Thanksgiving are the first ones gone. Send photos whenever you’re thinking about it, get the number, and hold a date. We keep installing into December, but by then you take the window that’s left.
