Professional Holiday Light Installation Services in Winter Garden, FL

We light homes from Plant Street to Horizon West.

Christmas light installation Winter Garden FL featuring warm white palm tree wraps and roofline

Winter Garden has two very different sides. Around Plant Street and the historic downtown, you have brick streets, older storefronts and homes with porches close to the sidewalk. A short drive south, you are in newer neighborhoods full of larger two-story homes.

Our Christmas light installation in Winter Garden is planned for whichever side you live on, because it is never the same job twice. One home may have a low roof, a porch and a short front walk. Another may have two stories of stucco, four peaks and a three-car garage.

We are Light The Peak, a family-owned, licensed and insured company lighting Central Florida homes, communities and businesses since 2023. We bring commercial-grade LED lights, clips, timers and hardware, install everything, keep it lit all season, and after New Year’s we take it down and store the lights in our warehouse.

Two very different kinds of homes

Near the historic downtown, homes tend to be smaller, close to the street and full of detail that suits a simple display. The newer neighborhoods toward Horizon West and Johns Lake have taller, wider and more complex fronts.

We light both kinds of homes all season, and what changes is where your budget goes. On an older home, most of it goes into the porch and the entry. On a newer one, most of it goes into roofline and peaks.

Bungalows and cottages near the historic downtown

These homes were built to be seen from the sidewalk, with front porches, low eaves, exposed rafter tails and sometimes a detailed gable. A tight line along the fascia, garland on the porch posts and a centered wreath are usually all they need, and that looks better than something bigger would.

Trees matter too. Downtown streets have a lot of tree canopy, so we look at what is actually visible from the road before we decide how much roofline is worth lighting.

Stoneybrook West, Oakland Park and the Johns Lake side

The newer parts of Winter Garden give us more to work with. Stoneybrook West has a gated, golf-course setting and homes tall enough that a display needs plenty of length to look complete. Many Oakland Park homes have front porches and rear-loading garages, so there is architecture facing the street worth lighting, more like downtown than a typical subdivision.

Out toward Johns Lake, Tucker Ranch, Foundation Park and the Horizon West side, we are mostly dealing with two-story fronts, multiple peaks, dormers and tall front palms. Outlining the peaks is what makes a display look defined from the road instead of like a general glow.

Plant Street shops and the businesses around them

Downtown gets busy in December, and a dark storefront stands out next to a lit one. We light businesses as well as homes, including awnings, window lines, entry doors, column wraps and the roof edge above the sign. We handle community entrances and gatehouses the same way.

Commercial jobs get everything a home gets, including our lights and hardware, free repairs all season and full removal in January, so no one on your staff has to climb a ladder in the parking lot.

No one in your family climbs a ladder

That is what you are really paying for. Instead of buying strands of lights, you get a full season where we take care of everything.

  • Everything supplied. Commercial-grade LED lights, clips, timers and hardware.
  • Installed by us. Local crews, licensed and insured.
  • Kept lit. If a section goes dark or weather damages the display, we come out and fix it free.
  • Taken down. Complete removal after New Year’s.
  • Stored. The lights go back to our warehouse, not into your attic.

When to reserve your install date

Quoting is quick. Send us your address, a few photos of the front and a note on what you want lit, and we build the quote from your photos and satellite imagery and send it back fast. There is no appointment to schedule and no afternoon to give up.

Install dates are what run out. Many homeowners want their lights up in the weeks around Thanksgiving, so the earlier you approve a quote, the more choice you have. If you waited too long last year and ended up doing it yourself, now is a good time to start.

Christmas lighting prices in Winter Garden

Christmas lighting starts at $799. Most homes land between $1,500 and $3,000 for the full season. Larger or multi-story properties run $2,500 to $5,000, and estate-scale displays go above that. Every quote is built for your property, and the price is set by roofline length, stories, peaks and dormers, and any trees, wreaths, garland or ground accents.

Lighting that never comes down

If you are tired of the yearly cycle, permanent outdoor lighting is the alternative. It is installed once in a low-profile track under the eave that blends in during the day, and it gives you warm white most of the year and Christmas color in December. Ask for a free permanent lighting quote when you request your Christmas quote, and you can compare the two.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Light Installation in Winter Garden, FL

Yes, and they are some of our favorite houses to do. Small rooflines, porches and gable detail look great with a simple display. We work around older fascia and gutters carefully, and we check what the street canopy actually hides before quoting roofline length, so you are not paying to light something nobody can see from the sidewalk.

We do commercial work throughout the season. Awnings, window lines, door surrounds, column wraps and the roof edge above your sign all get the same commercial-grade lights and the same free in-season repairs. Send photos of the full frontage and tell us your hours, and we will schedule the install outside the times that would disrupt customers.

It changes the length and the labor, which is what moves the price. More stories and more peaks mean more roofline and more setup. It is also where the best-looking displays come from, because picking out peaks and dormers is what makes a newer Winter Garden front read from the road instead of blending into a general glow.

Yes. Entrances, gatehouses, monument signs and the landscaping around them are all things we light. We quote them the same way as a house, from photos, measurements and satellite imagery, with a written description of what goes where. Whoever handles decorating decisions for your community can send the details and we will get a number back quickly.

You are paying for a full season of service. The quote covers the lights, clips, timers and hardware, the installation, every repair during the season, removal after New Year’s and storage of the lights afterward. Nothing is billed separately at the end. Christmas lighting starts at $799, and where you land above that depends on the size and shape of your roofline.

We come back and take the whole display down, then store the lights in our warehouse until next season. You do not keep them, clean them, untangle them or find shelf space for them. When you book again, we already know your house, which makes the second year faster to quote and faster to install.

Now is better than October, and October is much better than late November. The quote itself takes very little time because it is built remotely from photos and satellite imagery. What you are really reserving is an install date, and the weeks on either side of Thanksgiving fill first every year.
